Travel Fees

The following vaccinations incur a charge:

Meningococcal Meningitis – £55 + £10 certificate
Malaria tablets (private prescription) – £10
Hepatitis B (travel only) – £25

Vaccinations for Rabies, Japanese Encephalitis, Yellow Fever and Cholera are not available at the surgery and you will need to attend a Travel Clinic.

We ask that patients give us 24 hours notice if they need to cancel their appointment. Failure to do so will result in them having to a Travel Clinic to be inoculated.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
